Zbigniew Kazimierz Brzezinski foi um cientista político, geopolítico e estadista americano, de origem polonesa. Brzezinski serviu como Conselheiro de Segurança Nacional dos Estados Unidos durante a presidência de Jimmy Carter, entre 1977 e 1981.
