Kirsten Elizabeth Rutnik Gillibrand é uma política e advogada dos Estados Unidos. É a senadora júnior de Nova Iorque. Ela é membro do Partido Democrata e foi nomeada para o Senado pelo governador de Nova Iorque, David Paterson, em 2009; foi duas vezes eleita para a Câmara dos Representantes dos Estados Unidos pelo 20º distrito de Nova Iorque.
