Kenneth Robert Livingstone é um político britânico que ocupou entre 2000 e 2008 o posto de prefeito da cidade de Londres. É conhecido popularmente pela alcunha de "Red Ken" devido às posições políticas de esquerda.

Foi o primeiro prefeito da cidade, tendo sido reeleito em 2004 e derrotado em 2008. É um político trabalhista, embora tenha concorrido às eleições como candidato independente, após algumas desavenças com os trabalhistas. Wikipedia

“If you go back a couple of hundred years to when the European cities really started to grow and peasants left the land to seek their future in the cities there was a saying that “city air makes you free” and the people who have come to London all races, creeds and colours have come for that.
