Donald Tsang Yam Kuen KBE foi Chefe do Executivo de Hong Kong de 2005 a 2012, tendo substituído Tung Chee-Hwa. Em 16 de junho de 2005, foi declarado vencedor como único candidato qualificado. Foi escolhido como o Chefe do Executivo pelo Governo Central chinês, em Pequim, no dia 21 de junho de 2005. Era funcionário público havia trinta anos.
